01. Career Management

My career began in the commercial real estate sector. I have over 14 years of Property Management experience managing over 200 shopping centers throughout the U.S. and overseeing CAM/CAPEX projects, leases, operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. After my tenure in real estate, I managed a commercial division of a franchise painting business resulting in exponential growth of the department.

My mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. I have a proven track record of increasing revenue, reducing costs, and enhancing the value and appeal of commercial properties. I have a CSM certification from ICSC, which demonstrates my knowledge and expertise in the retail property management field. I’m passionate about creating and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with my clients, and partners.
